IT Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Category Manager to support procurement and supply management for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Supply Management and IT procurement support to assigned clients
• Lead category strategies for IT resourcing and manage agreements and statements of work
• Collaborate with IT leadership and project teams to manage spend and procurement timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 5 years in Supply Management or IT Business Office roles
• Experience managing third-party spend within large organizations (annual revenue $1+ Billion) preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the IT marketplace and experience with application development agreements
• Adept negotiation skills and ability to lead cross-functional business meetings
