Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate, review, and draft contracts, amendments, and statements
Perform market analysis, competitive bids, and supplier evaluations
Develop sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and manage ongoing supplier relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-8 years of contract and vendor management experience in IT
Experience with IT operations sourcing providers
Strategic sourcing and project management experience
Preferred certifications such as CPM, CSM, CSMP, or PMP
