Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager BT Change Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive IT change communication strategy
• Lead change communications management activities and apply structured methodologies
• Develop high-quality materials to simplify complex IT processes and support adoption of changes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications
• 8+ years of experience with collaboration tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Smartsheet)
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or change management
• Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
