IT Change Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Enablement Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute the Change Strategy to educate audiences about change enablement initiatives
• Apply Change Management Methodology to assess change impacts and recommend strategies for optimal user experience
• Develop high-quality communications materials that simplify complex IT processes for end-users

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications in a dynamic tech environment
• 7+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Smartsheet
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, change management, or related field
