IT Change Management Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Manager, IT Change Management, this full-time remote position will manage and embed scalable change management practices across the IT organization, ensuring successful technology project implementations through hands-on execution and strategic coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a scalable Change Management Framework tailored to various IT project types and sizes
• Partner with IT leadership to assess organizational impact and develop tailored change strategies that drive adoption
• Develop multi-channel communications plans and execute readiness programs to prepare employees for technology changes

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of dedicated change management experience focused on IT and technology transformation projects
• Proven experience applying industry-standard change management frameworks across varying project sizes and complexities
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for professional tasks related to change management and communications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, Jira, and Smartsheet
