IT Change Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Change Manager to oversee and manage the change management process for IT services, infrastructure, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end IT change management process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
- Review and assess proposed changes for risk, impact, and potential conflicts
- Facilitate communication between IT teams and stakeholders regarding changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus five years of related experience, or nine years of direct related experience
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or telecommunications environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and applications
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ITSM framework
- Experience with change management tools and platforms
