IT Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the centralized change management framework, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices
• Chair the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage the emergency change process
• Produce regular reporting on change management metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT change management or related ITSM role
• Experience with formal change management processes in cloud-hosted SaaS or enterprise IT environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management principles
• Familiarity with ITSM and change management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated or compliance-driven environment
