IT Change Manager

Job Summary

To support a transformative initiative in retiring legacy applications, the full-time remote IT Change Manager will lead change strategies, manage organizational readiness, and drive adoption of new systems and processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated change plans aligned to system implementation and business process modernization
• Conduct impact assessments and define readiness metrics, proactively mitigating adoption risks
• Partner with IT and business units to engage stakeholders and build a network of change champions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading change within enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Prosci certification preferred (or ACMP/CCMP equivalent)
• Experience working within SAFe or Agile delivery environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence across IT and business without direct authority
