IT Change & Release Manager

Job Summary

Managing enterprise-wide SAP change governance and release management, the full-time remote IT Change & Release Manager will lead deployment coordination and production readiness activities across a complex global SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer enterprise SAP change governance processes and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
• Manage SAP release planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness across production and project landscapes
• Administer SAP Cloud ALM capabilities to support implementation, operations, and release management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of SAP experience supporting enterprise SAP environments
• 5+ years of experience in change management, release management, or related IT disciplines
• Experience managing enterprise change governance processes and leading CAB activities
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
