IT Cloud Applications Engineer

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application, the full-time IT Cloud Applications Engineer will focus on the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud technologies, while managing special technical projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and administration for assigned applications, databases, and servers
• Install, troubleshoot, and optimize various Microsoft cloud technologies
• Guide the organization in establishing application development governance and SDLC standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related technology field preferred
• 4 years of direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration (or 5 years without a degree)
• Experience with AI and application development
• Preferred certification in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint/Online, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, or Power BI
