IT Communications Manager

Job Summary

To support IT initiatives and enhance organizational communication, the full-time remote IT Communications Manager will develop and execute communication strategies, translate technical concepts into accessible messaging, and collaborate with IT leadership to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for IT initiatives and organizational changes
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging for employees and stakeholders
• Create and manage content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8 years of experience in communications, preferably in IT, technology, or healthcare environments
• Proven ability to simplify and communicate technical information to diverse audiences
• Experience creating digital content and collateral, including presentations and newsletters
• Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
