Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and proactive IT Communications Specialist, this full-time remote role will develop and execute internal communications strategies to enhance employee understanding and adoption of technology initiatives while managing content across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support technology initiatives and drive employee awareness and adoption
• Create and manage engaging internal communications across multiple channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
• Oversee communications projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and metrics to ensure alignment with company goals

Required qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Organizational Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or corporate communications with project management capabilities
• Demonstrated experience supporting technology initiatives or enterprise change programs
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple communication channels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
