IT Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise legal hold processes, the full-time remote Senior IT Compliance Analyst will manage data retention requirements across company systems and third-party applications while acting as a liaison between Legal, IT, and business units to ensure compliance with litigation holds and corporate data retention policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute legal hold requests and coordinate implementation across various systems
• Support the implementation of retention policies and manage retention configurations
• Assess third-party systems for retention and legal hold capabilities, ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5+ years in IT operations, compliance, or information governance
• Experience with legal hold and data retention processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, backup systems, and ITSM tools
