IT Compliance and Governance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, IT Compliance & Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT compliance and governance programs ensuring adherence to global regulations and manage IT risk
• Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs, developing and testing disaster recovery plans
• Serve as the primary IT contact for audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or risk management in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment
• Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and global regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience managing audits, inspections, and BC/DR programs in a regulated industry
• Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ITIL Foundation, and CBCP or equivalent
