IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee IT audit, risk, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of IT Audit & Compliance professionals
• Direct all work streams related to IT SOX compliance, including planning and issue management
• Develop and maintain IT standards and procedures to ensure adherence to SOX requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of technical IT audit and/or advisory experience
• Significant experience leading IT SOX audit engagements
• Strong understanding of IT general controls and business process controls related to financial reporting
• CISA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification; CPA preferred
• Knowledge of industry-standard IT frameworks and regulations (e.g., COSO, NIST CSF)
