IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Compliance Manager to lead technical compliance and control testing efforts within the Information Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and improvement of IT control testing programs
• Manage the lifecycle of technical control assessments, including testing and remediation tracking
• Collaborate with various teams to validate control effectiveness and drive remediation of gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications preferred
• 7+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or information security, with leadership experience
• Expertise in technical control testing across multiple regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure security
• Experience with GRC platforms and automated control testing tools
