IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and maintaining compliance and governance programs, the full-time IT Compliance Manager will manage audit activities, coordinate across teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready artifacts across various frameworks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, serving as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries
• Manage information security policies and governance documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in IT compliance, information security, governance, risk management, or audit-related roles
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA
• Proven ability to coordinate audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
