IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote IT Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will build and manage the company's cybersecurity control program while overseeing the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) responsible for daily IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 and administer the Vanta GRC platform
• Oversee the MSP relationship, including service level monitoring, contract lifecycle management, and incident response coordination
• Prepare documentation for security reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance, with experience managing a control program
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
• Experience with GRC or compliance automation platforms like Vanta or equivalent
• Knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
