IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote IT Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will manage the company's cybersecurity control program and oversee the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) while ensuring compliance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all six functions
• Oversee the MSP relationship, including service level monitoring, contract lifecycle management, and escalations
• Prepare and coordinate evidence for security reviews, assessments, and audits while maintaining the enterprise risk register

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, IT audit, or IT governance
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Experience with GRC or compliance automation platforms (e.g., Vanta, Drata)
• Knowledge of core IT controls, including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
