IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote IT Compliance Manager to build and manage the company's cybersecurity control program while overseeing the performance of a managed service provider (MSP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's control set mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing service delivery expectations and monitoring contracted service levels
• Prepare evidence for customer security reviews, airline partner assessments, and external audits

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, or IT audit, including direct responsibility for a control program
• Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
• Knowledge of core IT controls including identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
