IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare data and analytics company is seeking an IT Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the HITRUST certification framework across the organization
• Develop and revise policies and procedures for compliance program
• Conduct internal reviews and audits, identify compliance vulnerabilities, and implement corrective action plans

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant job experience in compliance such as HiTrust, SOC, or ISO 27001
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare compliance
• Proven experience in a compliance manager role, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Analytical mind and ability to multitask efficiently
