IT Compliance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time IT Compliance Operations Analyst will manage customer onboarding questionnaires and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and compliance requests
• Build and maintain a repository of compliance documentation, certifications, policies, and procedures
• Partner with Sales and other teams to prioritize questionnaire requests and support annual audits

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security, compliance, risk management, or related fields
• Experience responding to customer security questionnaires and vendor assessments
• Strong understanding of common security frameworks and standards
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
