IT Configuration Engineer

Job Summary

To support development teams, the full-time salaried IT Configuration Engineer will administer and maintain DevOps platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of tools used across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DevOps platforms including Jenkins, Artifactory, and GitHub to support automation and CI/CD initiatives
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively while ensuring security and compliance through upgrades and patching
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams on tool enhancements and automate repetitive tasks for standardization across platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience with hands-on knowledge of Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub
• Experience with API platforms and testing tools such as Selenium and ReadyAPI
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems along with scripting/automation skills
• Understanding of security, compliance, and access controls in software delivery processes
