IT Configuration Management Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Configuration Management Analyst to support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within ServiceNow
- Monitor and remediate CMDB health issues, including duplicate CIs and stale records
- Support CI lifecycle processes and assist with CMDB governance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CMDB data in ServiceNow
- Experience with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of CI lifecycle management and dependency mapping
- Experience supporting ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
