Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on EAM and ITSM platforms and suggest improvements
Facilitate integration of systems with other enterprise applications and support customization as needed
Participate in troubleshooting and support activities to resolve system issues and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in configuring enterprise systems, especially EAM and ITSM platforms
Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and system integration techniques
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
