Job Summary

Monitoring user support requests, the full-time DC Engineer Consultant will triage and resolve issues while collaborating with attorneys and staff to enhance infrastructure and user experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and address user support requests, providing timely feedback on issue status
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to develop strategies for messaging and mobile technologies
• Document platform standards and implementation steps for future reference

Required qualifications

• Experience in IT support and user request management
• Knowledge of messaging and mobile device technologies
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with IT Service Management systems
• Understanding of security protocols related to email and mobile devices
