IT Consultant (Automation & Compliance)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Consultant focused on Automation, Compliance & AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and deprovision user accounts and handle IT support requests
• Support SOC 2 compliance processes and improve IT policies and documentation
• Identify opportunities for AI tools to enhance IT workflows and establish usage guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in IT operations, consulting, or systems administration
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) and SaaS provisioning
• Familiarity with SOC 2 controls and security best practices
• Experience supporting compliance for enterprise or public-sector customers
• Strong scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or no-code/low-code tools)
