IT Contract Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Contract Procurement & Compliance Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a complex portfolio of contracts supporting the ONE IT solution
• Ensure contracts and procurement processes align with strategic objectives and evaluate policies for eligibility initiatives
• Conduct regular evaluations of contracts and financial analysis to track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or equivalent experience
• Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work or a combination of seven years of experience and education
• Experience in business process management, policy development, and contract procurement
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems supporting human service programs and eligibility determination
• Experience in business analysis and project management using BABOK and PMBOK principles
