IT Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, negotiate, and review various types of contracts, identifying key risk areas
• Manage contract lifecycles and resolve contract-related issues internally and externally
• Develop and maintain an organized contract database linked to relevant documentation

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Texas DIR IT cooperative contracts and procurement laws is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in contract management
• Experience in planning, developing, and negotiating IT contracts
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software tools
• Experience working with confidential documents under confidentiality obligations
