IT Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Manager Supply Chain IT Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of IT contracts, amendments, renewals, and transactions
• Collaborate with IT, business leadership, finance, and legal to ensure timely contract processing
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to contracting activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
• 10 years of work experience in Contracting and Program Management
• 5 years of work experience in Information Technology
• High level of professional knowledge in RFPs/RFIs, contracts, negotiations, and legal terminology
• Solid working knowledge of Information Technology in business and/or healthcare settings
