IT Contract Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end execution of IT contract requests, the full-time remote IT Contract Operations Analyst will manage vendor contracts, ensure compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration while leading process improvements and reporting development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT contracts including renewals, revisions, and terminations
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for VPs and senior leaders, providing updates and managing expectations
• Drive collaboration with various teams to resolve issues and enhance contract operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT contract/vendor management or project management in healthcare or technology
• Strong expertise in contract governance and managing high-volume workflows
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like ServiceNow
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
