Key Responsibilities

Supports the contract development and maintenance process for IT contracts
Monitors and tracks upcoming contractual actions and deadlines
Collaborates with various departments and IT leaders in the contract development process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management
2-3 years of contracts experience, including reviewing and negotiation
Knowledge of medical and technical acronyms
Experience mapping contracts on applications used by Ascension
5 years of contracts experience is a plus
