IT Contractor for Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Contractor (Security & Operations) to help build and mature its IT and security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and device management, including onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle management
• Implement and manage identity, access, and permissioning controls
• Execute technical security controls in support of compliance requirements such as HIPAA and SOC 2

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT operations and/or security experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
• Experience with device management, identity management, and access controls
• Familiarity with tools like Electric, Kandji, Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or enterprise security audits
• Healthcare IT experience is strongly preferred
