IT Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To enhance technology investments, the full-time IT Contracts and Vendor Relations Manager will manage vendor agreements, oversee compliance, and negotiate contracts while primarily working from home and occasionally visiting the office as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and internal business teams
• Negotiate vendor services and resolve performance issues in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement IT vendor management processes aligned with best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems administration, or a related field
• 8 years of experience managing vendor and supplier relationships, particularly in SaaS and PaaS environments
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing IT vendor contracts
• Experience in developing complex, multi-million dollar contracts
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage relationships with key suppliers effectively
