Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Commercial Contracting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors, evaluating performance and managing risk assessments
• Collaborate with various departments to align contract terms with business needs and provide guidance on contract matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in IT contract management or procurement, focusing on complex IT agreements
• In-depth knowledge of IT contract terms and best practices
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
