Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and management of the ITGC SOX program
• Monitor IT General Controls and ensure compliance with internal and SOX policies
• Evaluate IT control deficiencies and lead remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a large consulting firm or public company
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of SOX requirements and ITGC controls
• Experience in evaluating and designing control environments
• Demonstrated understanding of internal controls and risk management
