Job Summary

To support daily technology operations, the part-time IT Coordinator will manage the IT ticketing system, provide employee support for common technical issues, and oversee IT asset management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely triage and resolution of employee support requests
  • Coordinate user access management during onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while maintaining security compliance
  • Act as the primary liaison with external IT vendors and assist with software procurement and technology evaluations
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and IT ticketing systems
  • Experience in identity and access management, including user account provisioning and audits
  • Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing IT assets and inventory
