Job Summary
To support daily technology operations, the part-time IT Coordinator will manage the IT ticketing system, provide employee support for common technical issues, and oversee IT asset management in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely triage and resolution of employee support requests
- Coordinate user access management during onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while maintaining security compliance
- Act as the primary liaison with external IT vendors and assist with software procurement and technology evaluations
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and IT ticketing systems
- Experience in identity and access management, including user account provisioning and audits
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing IT assets and inventory
