IT Crisis Response Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Crisis Response Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support real-time IT crisis response activities for major incidents and critical outages
• Act as the incident scribe, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all actions, communications, and decisions
• Facilitate clear and consistent communications among IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership during high-impact events

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and military experience accepted
• 3 years of experience supporting IT incident management, operations coordination, or crisis communications in a healthcare or high-availability environment
• Familiarity with incident management and emergency notification/communication platforms
• Experience working in or with IT operations, service desks, or command centers is highly desirable
