Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes IT/business engagement models and develops relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Gathers market research and participates in business strategy conversations to leverage technology and data
  • Collaborates with internal IT teams to ensure customer needs are met and manages risks and concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C industry
  • Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, data, and analytics
  • Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Prior experience in driving business transformation and large-scale technology initiatives
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
