Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establishes IT/business engagement models and develops relationships with key business stakeholders
- Gathers market research and participates in business strategy conversations to leverage technology and data
- Collaborates with internal IT teams to ensure customer needs are met and manages risks and concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C industry
- Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, data, and analytics
- Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Prior experience in driving business transformation and large-scale technology initiatives
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
