Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Customer Engagement Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes IT/Business engagement models and builds relationships with business stakeholders to understand their strategies and needs
- Develops technology strategies and investment roadmaps to support business objectives and drive customer success
- Advocates for business units, ensuring their needs are met and collaborating with IT teams for effective delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C industry with insurance domain expertise
- Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, application modernization, data, and analytics
- Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations throughout strategy and execution
- Prior experience in driving business transformation and leading complex technology initiatives
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
