Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes IT/Business engagement models and builds relationships with business stakeholders to understand their strategies and needs
  • Develops technology strategies and investment roadmaps to support business objectives and drive customer success
  • Advocates for business units, ensuring their needs are met and collaborating with IT teams for effective delivery of services
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in the P&C industry with insurance domain expertise
  • Strong technology expertise in digital, automation, application modernization, data, and analytics
  • Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations throughout strategy and execution
  • Prior experience in driving business transformation and leading complex technology initiatives
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
