Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Customer Service Specialist II to provide troubleshooting and IT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound helpdesk phone calls from customers
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software for desktop support
  • Document all calls in the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up on client issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of IT specific call center experience
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
  • IT Certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus
