Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Customer Service Specialist II to provide troubleshooting and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound helpdesk phone calls from customers
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software for desktop support
- Document all calls in the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up on client issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of IT specific call center experience
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
- IT Certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus
