Job Summary

Providing first-level technical support, the full-time IT Customer Service Specialist will assist users with system security inquiries, troubleshoot application issues, and manage a high volume of incoming calls remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-level technical support for user inquiries and system security issues
  • Troubleshoot system errors, reset passwords, and arrange for onsite support as needed
  • Process mainframe security requests and route second-level questions to appropriate departments
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Customer Service
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
