Job Summary
Providing first-level technical support, the full-time IT Customer Service Specialist will assist users with system security inquiries, troubleshoot application issues, and manage a high volume of incoming calls remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support for user inquiries and system security issues
- Troubleshoot system errors, reset passwords, and arrange for onsite support as needed
- Process mainframe security requests and route second-level questions to appropriate departments
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in IT Customer Service
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
