Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Customer Support Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and first-tier helpdesk support for internal and external customers
  • Process account password resets and unlocks while adhering to company standards
  • Document all customer interactions in a CRM tool and ensure follow-up for satisfactory service
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center or Helpdesk setting
  • Experience working in a Tier 1 helpdesk position is preferred
  • Experience supporting Guidewire is a plus
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
