IT Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Data Analyst to support data warehouse integrations and analyze IT performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze IT operational, platform, and delivery data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for IT metrics and performance tracking
• Act as a liaison between IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders for analytical needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics-focused role
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data across multiple sources
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and analytical best practices
