IT Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing support for various projects and initiatives, the full-time IT Data Analyst will analyze current processes, collaborate with department leaders on improvements, and manage KPI reporting in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with department leaders on reporting opportunities and execute special projects
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting in partnership with department managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-3 years of experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst
• Prior experience with SQL (specifically, SQL Server) and report writing
• Expertise with MS Office and VBA, especially Access preferred
• General familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly waterfall
