IT Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Delivery Lead to manage multiple IT delivery teams and ensure project completion according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates work efforts and prepares project/work plans for IT delivery teams
• Monitors work progress and communicates delivery targets and commitments
• Identifies and manages impediments while facilitating business requirements sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall (required) and Agile (preferred)
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in Project Management/Delivery Management
• Familiarity with Product Owner responsibilities
• Experience in meeting facilitation
• Knowledge of persuasive communication and facilitation techniques
