IT Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise initiatives, the contract IT Delivery Lead will manage delivery roadmaps, lead planning sessions, and communicate program status while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage delivery roadmaps and schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, and business teams
• Lead planning sessions across multiple teams to align on objectives and timelines
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Associate's Degree plus 6+ years or High School Diploma/GED plus 12+ years in technology)
• 10+ years of professional experience in a technology or product environment
• 6+ years of experience in delivery leadership, such as Agile Project Management or Program Delivery
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and managing multiple teams or platforms simultaneously
• Strong experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
