IT Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-visibility IT initiatives while serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team IT initiatives, including system migrations and integrations
• Manage roadmap and OKR tracking, providing regular metrics and status reports on team capacity and deliverables
• Drive end-user adoption and manage the overall IT user experience through enablement strategies and training programs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT program delivery and enterprise system change management experience in large environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong fluency in delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban
• Experience with IT intake and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira, and understanding of ITIL principles
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical jargon into clear business value
