IT Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of automation and AI initiatives, the remote IT Delivery Manager III will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and provide visibility to leadership on project milestones within an Application Infrastructure and Operations organization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day coordination and operational delivery of automation and AI initiatives
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and integration milestones for infrastructure automation programs
- Communicate strategic updates and high-level status to stakeholders across multiple workstreams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects in a global enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD pipeline automation, and AI/ML deployments
- Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams
