IT Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of automation and AI initiatives, the remote contract IT Delivery Manager III will coordinate technical delivery across an Application Infrastructure and Operations organization while providing visibility to leadership on milestones and outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day coordination, milestone tracking, and operational delivery of automation and AI initiatives
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and integration milestones as the delivery driver for an AIOps orchestrator
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align delivery outcomes with reliability and resilience goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects in a global or multi-regional enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD pipeline automation, and AI/ML deployments
- Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams
